Littelfuse ( LFUS ) has begun a formal search for a successor, and Sethna will remain through Sept. 1 to support a smooth transition, the company said.

Littelfuse ( LFUS ) said Sethna's departure is not related to any issues involving its financials, operations, policies or practices.
