Littelfuse's Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Net Sales Increase; Q4 Outlook Issued

07:41 AM EDT, 10/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Littelfuse ( LFUS ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $2.95 per diluted share, up from $2.71 a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.80

Net sales for the quarter ended Sept. 27 were $624.6 million, compared with $567.4 million a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $622.9 million.

The company said it expects Q4 adjusted earnings of $2.40 to $2.60 per diluted share on net sales of $570 million to $590 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect adjusted earnings of $2.54 per share on revenue of $589.2 million.

Littelfuse ( LFUS ) maintained its cash dividend of $0.75 per share, payable Dec. 4 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 20.

Shares of Littelfuse ( LFUS ) were down more than 3% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
