LivaNova's Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Increase; 2024 Outlook Boosted

09:54 AM EDT, 07/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- LivaNova ( LIVN ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.93 per diluted share, up from $0.78 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.78.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $318.6 million, up from $293.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $305.2 million.

The company said it now expects 2024 adjusted earnings per share of $3.10 to $3.20. That compares with its previous forecast of $3.05 to $3.15. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $3.09.

Revenue for the year is now projected to grow 7% to 8% on a constant-currency basis, the company said. That compares with 6% to 7% previously.

The company's shares were up more than 1% in recent Wednesday trading.
