02:44 PM EDT, 10/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Live Nation Entertainment ( LYV ) is likely to reiterate a healthy demand backdrop with positive supply trends heading into 2026, Oppenheimer said Tuesday in a Q3 preview. The company will post Q3 financial results on Nov. 4.
The Federal Trade Commission's lawsuit against the company carries a limited structural impact, according to the note.
The brokerage is lowering Q3 concert revenue estimate by 2% due to a lower fan count on a larger stadium mix with higher pricing. The firm now expects Q3 total revenue of $8.54 billion.
Channel checks showed that the daily active users, monthly active users, and downloads for Ticketmaster's US application are accelerating in Q3 faster than the industry. Data indicated that Ticketmaster's Q3 global site visits also gained during the quarter, Oppenheimer stated.
The brokerage said it reiterated its outperform rating on the stock with a price target of $180 per share.
