09:51 AM EDT, 08/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LivePerson ( LPSN ) said Monday it is working with Amazon.com's ( AMZN ) Amazon Web Services to integrate Amazon Connect into LivePerson's ( LPSN ) digital contact center.

The integration will allow contact center agents to manage interactions via a single interface while using artificial intelligence-backed conversations and handoffs between automation and human support, LivePerson ( LPSN ) said.

Financial details were not provided.

LivePerson ( LPSN ) shares were rising more than 1% in recent trading Monday.
