LiveWire Signs Master Services Agreement With Harley-Davidson

07:36 AM EST, 12/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- LiveWire Group's ( LVWR ) LiveWire EV subsidiary has signed a master services agreement with Harley-Davidson ( HOG ) , effective Jan. 1, according to a regulatory filing Thursday.

The agreement, with an initial term of seven years, covers a range of services that LiveWire ( LVWR ) deemed to be better outsourced, including testing and development, regulatory support, data privacy and security, human resources, supply chain management, and customer and dealer support, the filing said.

LiveWire ( LVWR ) said either party can terminate the agreement for material breaches or specific conditions, such as a change of control at LiveWire ( LVWR ) or failure to meet manufacturing commitments.

LiveWire ( LVWR ) added that it will own most of the intellectual property rights in the deliverables and will have a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Harley-Davidson's ( HOG ) background intellectual property.
