Lixiang Education Gets Nasdaq Noncompliance Notice

05:33 AM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lixiang Education Holding ( LXEH ) said Friday it is not in compliance with Nasdaq Global Market's $1 minimum bid price requirement.

The company has until May 18 to regain compliance by demonstrating that its stock's closing bid price was at least $1 for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days.
