07:18 AM EST, 12/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LKQ (LKQ) said Thursday it has started a process exploring the potential sale of its Specialty segment, which distributes automotive, RV, and marine parts and accessories in North America.

Proceeds from a potential transaction will be allocated in accordance with the company's capital allocation framework, which includes maintaining a strong balance sheet and share repurchases, LKQ said.
