LKQ to Sell Self Service Unit to Pacific Avenue Capital for $410 Million

08:22 AM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LKQ said Tuesday it will sell its Self Service segment to an affiliate of Pacific Avenue Capital Partners for $410 million.

The company said the deal follows a competitive bidding process that drew interest from multiple parties.

LKQ said it will use the proceeds from the deal, expected to close in Q4, to pay down debt and strengthen its balance sheet.
