LKQ, Verdi Enter New Collective Bargaining Agreement in Germany

09:44 AM EDT, 06/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- LKQ (LKQ) said Friday it has entered into a new collective bargaining agreement with the trade union Verdi that covers about 5,000 employees of LKQ Europe in Germany.

The two-year collective bargaining agreement expires April 30, 2026, according to LKQ.

Included in the tariff agreement is a mandatory "peace obligation" that immediately ends all strike activity during the agreement's term, the company said.
