12:13 PM EDT, 09/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- LM Funding America ( LMFA ) said Wednesday it mined 7.2 bitcoins in August, compared with 4.6 in July.

The miner said its bitcoin holdings totaled 135.7 at the end of August, worth about $8.7 million.

Shares of the company were up more than 2% in recent trading.
