04:24 AM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Anthony Li Hsieh, 10% Owner, Director, Executive Chair, Chief Executive Officer & President, on September 12, 2025, sold 1,300,000 shares in LoanDepot ( LDI ) for $5,330,000. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Hsieh has control over a total of 1,493,677 Class A common shares of the company, with 143,677 shares held directly and 1,350,000 controlled indirectly.
