loanDepot, Onx Homes Launch New Joint Venture

11:34 AM EST, 02/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- loanDepot (LDI) and Onx Homes said Wednesday they have formed a new joint venture, Onx X+ Mortgage, to provide financing option for new homebuyers in Florida and Texas.

The venture is headquartered in Georgetown, Texas, they said.
