08:54 AM EST, 01/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Loar ( LOAR ) said Thursday it has completed its acquisition of Harper Engineering for $250 million in cash.

Loar ( LOAR ) said it financed the acquisition through borrowings under its existing credit agreement and cash, and expects tax benefits of around $30 million from the deal.

Harper makes engineered devices for aircraft interiors.

Shares of Loar ( LOAR ) were up 1.9% in recent premarket activity Thursday.
