Loar's Q1 Adjusted Earnings Beat Expectations, Net Sales Rise; 2025 Guidance Lifted

08:56 AM EDT, 05/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Loar Holdings ( LOAR ) reported Q1 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.20.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.17.

No comparable year-ago figures were available as the company went public in April 2024.

Net sales for the quarter ended March 31 were $114.7 million, up from $91.8 million a year earlier.

Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $112.6 million.

The company said it now expects 2025 adjusted EPS of $0.71 to $0.76, up from its earlier guidance of between $0.70 and $0.75.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $0.65.

Net sales for the year are now expected to be between $482 million and $490 million, up from $480 million to $488 million estimated previously.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $488.2 million.

Shares were 1.3% lower in recent premarket activity.
