04:25 PM EDT, 03/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- LOBO EV Technologies ( LOBO ) said Monday it closed its initial public offering of 1,380,000 ordinary shares at $4 apiece, for gross proceeds of about $5.5 million.

The electric vehicle manufacturer and seller granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase an additional 207,000 shares.

The company's shares started trading on Nasdaq on Thursday, under the "LOBO "ticker symbol, the company said.
