09:28 AM EST, 11/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lockheed Martin ( LMT ) said Monday it signed a memorandum of understanding with German sensor technology company Hensoldt to explore collaboration in maritime command and control systems and radar technology.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Lockheed Martin ( LMT ) aims to explore the potential of developing high-performance radar systems built and maintained in Germany, said Paul Lemmo, vice president and general manager of the company's Integrated Warfare Systems and Sensors unit.
