Lockheed Martin Skunk Works, BAE Systems Collaborate to Develop Uncrewed Autonomous Air Systems

06:44 AM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lockheed Martin ( LMT ) Skunk Works and BAE Systems FalconWorks said Tuesday they have collaborated to produce a range of uncrewed autonomous air systems.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The partnership will focus on developing a "cost-effective and easily deployable" system with numerous launch options, including air drop, ground launch, maritime launch, and launch from wide-body logistic aircraft, the parties added.
