12:41 PM EDT, 06/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Loews ( L ) said Wednesday Jonathan M. Tisch will retire as executive chairman of the company's Loews Hotels unit on December 31.

Loews ( L ) said it received his notice of retirement on June 2.

After stepping down, Tisch will remain available to provide consulting services to the company and may work up to 200 hours per year as a consultant for an hourly fee, it said.
