Logility Supply Chain Solutions to Be Acquired by Aptean

03:21 AM EST, 01/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Logility Supply Chain Solutions ( LGTY ) has agreed to be acquired by Aptean for $14.30 per share in cash, the companies said late Friday.

The deal is expected to close in Q2, subject to customary conditions, including shareholder and regulatory approvals.

Upon closing, shares of Logility will be delisted from the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
