Logistic Properties of America Says Building 100 in Peru Fully Leased

10:47 AM EST, 01/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Logistics Properties of the Americas (LPA) said Thursday that Building 100 at its Parque Logistico Callao facility in Lima, Peru, is now fully leased.

The property manager said an unnamed tenant leased the final 63,103 square feet of available space to provide last-mile distribution services to retailers over the next five years.

Building 100 contains more than 421,300 square feet of gross leasable space. The Parque Logistico Callao facility, once complete, will eventually have more than 1.04 million square feet of available space across its four buildings, the company said.

Shares of Logistic Properties were up 1.2% in recent trading activity.
