Logistic Properties of Americas Reaches Full Occupancy With New Lease in Peru

10:57 AM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Logistic Properties of the Americas ( LPA ) said Monday it reached full occupancy in its operating portfolio after securing a 71,580-square-foot lease at Building 400 in Parque Logistico Lima Sur, Peru.

The unnamed tenant is a global logistics company, specializing in consumer goods, e-commerce, and pharmaceuticals, the company said.

Parque Logistico Lima Sur features six class A buildings with a total gross leasable area of 1,519,300 square feet, all leased in US dollars.

Shares of Logistic Properties of the Americas ( LPA ) were up over 2% in recent trading.
