11:50 AM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Logistic Properties of the Americas ( LPA ) said Monday it entered a 121,600-square-foot lease with a regional third-party logistics provider at LPA Coyol 4 Logistic Park in San Jose, Costa Rica.

The new five-year US dollar-denominated agreement reflects a roughly 20% increase in the net effective rental rate compared with the previous lease for the same space, the company said.
