Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.96.

Net sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 were $1.18 billion, compared with $1.16 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $941 million.

The company said it expects fiscal Q3 sales of $1.37 billion to $1.41 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.10 billion.

Shares of the company rose 4.11% in recent after-hours activity.
