03:40 AM EDT, 06/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Logitech International ( LOGI ) has appointed Meeta Sunderwala as interim chief financial officer, effective immediately, the company said in a Thursday regulatory filing.

Sunderwala has been serving as the company's chief accounting officer since August 2020.

In March, Logitech ( LOGI ) announced that former CFO Charles Boynton will leave the company to pursue another career opportunity.
