05:22 PM EDT, 05/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Logitech International ( LOGI ) said Tuesday its board approved a proposal to increase the fiscal year 2024 cash dividend by 0.10 Swiss francs ($0.11) to 1.16 francs a share.

The company said shareholders will vote on the proposal at the 2024 annual general meeting.

Shares of the company fell 3.1% in recent after-hours activity.
