Loncor Gold Up More Than 10% As Applies to Extend Expiry Dates of Certain Warrants

03:09 PM EDT, 05/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Loncor Gold ( LONCF ) was at last look up more than 10% as it applied to the Toronto Stock Exchange to extend the expiry dates of 3.375 million outstanding common share purchase warrants, that were issued as part of a June 2022 private placement.

Each warrant has an exercise price of $0.75 per share. Currently, 350,000 warrants have an expiry date of June 8, 2024 and the remaining warrants have an expiry date of June 10, 2024. The company is applying to extend both expiry dates to June 10, 2025.

Loncor was at last look up 12.5% to $0.49.
