10:41 AM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Loop Industries ( LOOP ) said Monday that it has reached a multi-year offtake agreement with Nike ( NKE ) to supply its Twist polyester resin from its manufacturing facility in India.

Loop said the offtake deal makes Nike ( NKE ) the anchor customer for its Infinite Loop India manufacturing facility, which is being built in a joint venture with Ester Industries.

Financial terms of the offtake agreement were not announced.

Loop shares were down 13% in recent Monday trading.
