The transaction was priced at $3 per share, the company said.

Lottery.com ( LTRY ) said the acquisition provides it with a compliant platform to support lottery, sweepstakes, and social gaming operations in dozens of international jurisdictions.

Shares of Lottery.com ( LTRY ) were up 4.6% in recent trading.
