Lottery.com to Purchase CMF Media for $1 Million

02:18 PM EDT, 09/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lottery.com ( LTRY ) said Wednesday it will acquire sports content production company CMF Media for $1 million, which will be paid entirely in Lottery.com ( LTRY ) stock at $3 per share.

After the acquisition, CMF Media will be rebranded as Sports.com Studios, and produce original sports content that will be featured on the Sports.com platform to support its global reach, the company said.

The first major project under the newly formed Sports.com Studios will be "Football Vs," a sports show created by Miguel Sanchez featuring famous footballers and an international music star, it added.
