12:15 PM EDT, 03/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lottery.com ( LTRY ) said the US District Court for the Western District of Texas granted motions to dismiss three lawsuits against the company for failure to state a claim

The suits were dismissed with prejudice and barred plaintiffs from refiling the same claims, Lottery.com ( LTRY ) said Friday in a statement.

The court denied all pending motions as moot and directed the court clerk to close all the cases, the company said.

Lottery.com ( LTRY ) shares rose 3.1% in recent Friday trading, paring earlier gains.
