09:40 AM EST, 11/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LPL Financial ( LPLA ) has acquired a minority ownership stake in Private Advisor Group, the financial services firm said Wednesday.

Financial terms, which were agreed on Nov. 18, of the transaction were not disclosed.

Private Advisor Group said it will continue to operate independently under its existing brand.
