LQWD Technologies Increases Size of Financing to Up to $12.3 Million

09:05 AM EDT, 07/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LQWD Technologies ( LQWDF ) overnight Tuesday said it increased the size of its previously announced brokered and non-brokered private placement to up to $12.3 million from up to $10 million.

The shares are priced at $4.10. The company intends to use proceeds for the acquisition of Bitcoin for use as an operating asset in its scalable Lightning Network services business, and general corporate purposes. The brokered and the non-brokered offerings are expected to close on or about July 10 and on or about July 11, respectively.

Shares of the company closed down 5.3% to $4.43 on Tuesday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
