LSL Pharma Group Completes $2.28 Million Private Placement

01:08 PM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LSL Pharma Group (LSL.V) on Tuesday said it closed a non-brokered private placement that raised about $2.28 million.

The company placed 5.69-million units at $0.40 each in the financing, with each unit made up of a share and a two-year warrant to buy a share for $0.70.

The company said proceeds will be used "(i) to accelerate the development of the Eye-care product portfolio for the Canadian and Int'l markets, (ii) to complete the installation and validation of the 2nd ointment production line at Steri-Med, (ii) to acquire additional manufacturing equipment for the CMO division to support increased demand, (iv) for potential M&A opportunities and (v) for general working capital purposes".

Shares of LSL Pharma Group were last seen down $0.005 to $0.385 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
