10:34 AM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LTC Properties ( LTC ) said Monday it acquired a senior housing operating portfolio, or SHOP, in Georgia for $23 million.

The 88-unit community currently has a 90% occupancy rate and is expected to deliver a year-one yield of around 7%, the company said.

The real estate investment trust plans to complete an additional $70 million in SHOP acquisitions over the next 60 days, according to a statement.
