LTC Properties Q4 Core FFO Decline, Revenue Increases; Shares Retreat After Hours

05:58 PM EST, 02/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LTC Properties ( LTC ) reported Q4 core funds from operations late Monday of $0.65 per diluted share, down from $0.66 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.66.

Rental income for the quarter that ended Dec. 31 was $34.8 million, up from $32.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $36.5 million.

Shares of the company traded 2.5% lower in after-hours activity.
