09:48 AM EDT, 10/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LTC Properties ( LTC ) said Thursday that it has sold four skilled nursing centers in Virginia and one in California for $79 million, with expected gain on sale of about $52 million.

The real estate investment trust said the proceeds will be used to acquire newer, stabilized seniors housing operating portfolio assets.
