LTC Properties Sells Two Nursing Centers in Florida

04:48 PM EDT, 10/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LTC Properties ( LTC ) said late Tuesday that it sold two skilled nursing centers in Florida for $42 million, with expected gain on sale of about $26 million.

The trust said it plans to use the proceeds to buy newer, stabilized Seniors Housing Operating Portfolio assets.
