10:10 AM EDT, 06/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lucas GC (LGCL) said Friday it priced its follow-on offering of nearly 32.2 million common shares at $0.20 apiece for gross proceeds of about $6.4 million.

The offering is expected to close on June 23, subject to customary closing conditions, according to a statement.

Shares of Lucas GC were up 5.5% in recent trading.
