09:45 AM EDT, 07/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lucas GC (LGCL) said Tuesday it has been granted a new patent in China for its AI-based computer-aided persuasion system.

The human capital management services provider said the new patent, titled "Artificial Intelligence Enabled Prescriptive Persuasion Processes Based on Speech Emotion Recognition and Sentiment Analysis," is its second patent in 2024, bringing the total to 18 patents in the US and China.

Shares of the company were up 4.4% in recent Tuesday trading.
