09:53 AM EDT, 07/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lucid Group ( LCID ) said Wednesday that it has formed a collaboration with four major US critical mineral producers called minerals for national automotive competitiveness collaboration.

Alaska Energy Metals, Graphite One, Electric Metals, and RecycLiCo have joined the group, Lucid said.

The group aims to support completion of offtake agreements, accelerate mineral production and expand coordination between mining firms and automakers, Lucid said.

Shares of Lucid were up 2.6% in early Wednesday trading.
