Lucid to acquire select Arizona-based Nikola facilities and assets

April 11 (Reuters) - Lucid Group ( LCID ) on Friday said

it will acquire select Arizona-based facilities and assets

previously belonging to bankrupt electric and hydrogen-powered

truckmaker Nikola Corp. ( NKLAQ )

The transaction does not include the acquisition of Nikola's ( NKLAQ )

business, customer base, or technology related to Nikola's ( NKLAQ )

hydrogen fuel cell electric trucks, the electric vehicle maker

said in a statement.
