Lucky Strike Entertainment Prices $500 Million Senior Notes Offering

04:37 AM EDT, 09/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lucky Strike Entertainment ( LUCK ) said Tuesday its Kingpin Intermediate unit has priced an offering of $500 million of 7.25% senior secured notes due 2032.

The notes will be sold to investors at a price of 100% of the principal amount of the notes.

The company also secured a $1.2 billion new term loan facility, maturing in 2032.

Net proceeds from the offering and the secured credit facilities will be used to refinance existing debts, as well as for general corporate purposes.

The offering is set to close on Sept. 22, subject to customary closing conditions.
