08:32 AM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lululemon Athletica ( LULU ) said Friday it has appointed Andre Maestrini as president and chief commercial officer, effective immediately, as the company looks to consolidate regional leadership.

Maestrini was most recently the executive vice president of international at Lululemon, the company said.

The athletic apparel company further said that Celeste Burgoyne will step down as president of the Americas and global guest innovation, but will remain with the company until the end of December.
