08:49 AM EDT, 10/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lumen Technologies ( LUMN ) and Palantir Technologies ( PLTR ) said Thursday that they have entered into a multi-year, multi-million-dollar strategic partnership.

Under the partnership, the companies will jointly offer Palantir's ( PLTR ) foundry and artificial intelligence platform with Lumen Connectivity Fabric.

Shares of Lumen added 2% in recent premarket activity Thursday, while Palantir ( PLTR ) gained 1%.
