05:58 PM EDT, 05/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lumentum Holdings ( LITE ) Monday reported fiscal Q3 non-GAAP net income of $0.29 per diluted share, compared with $0.75 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.26.

Net revenue for the quarter ended March 30 was $366.5 million, down from 383.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $364.7 million.

For Q4, on non-GAAP basis, the construction company is projecting a $0.05 loss to net income of $0.10 on net revenue of $290 million to $315 million.

Analysts are looking for a $0.14 profit on $330.9 million in revenue.

Shares were up more than 3% in after-hours trading.
