11:32 AM EDT, 04/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Lumine Group ( LMGIF ) on Tuesday said it completed the acquisition of the Axyom Cloud Native 5G Core Software & RAN Assets from Casa Systems.

The purchase is Lumine's 14th corporate acquisition of communications and media assets.

The assets will operate as an independent, autonomous business unit within Lumine Group ( LMGIF ) under the brand name Axyom.Core.

The acquisition was first announced in early April.

Lumine shares were last seen up C$0.78 to $37.88 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
