11:10 AM EDT, 10/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Faraday Copper ( CPPKF ) shareholders Nemesia S.a.r.l and Zebra Holdings and Investments S.a.r.l,on Tuesday said they acquired an aggregate of 11.63-million shares in the company.

Following a restructuring of the Lundin family trusts, Zebra will not hold any common shares of Faraday and Nemesia will hold 24.13-million shares in the company, an 11.75% stake, including the 6.09% interest previously held by Nemesia.

Considering the warrants held by Nemesia, the current holdings represent a total of 12.23% on a partially diluted basis.

Nemesia acquired the common shares and share purchase warrants for investment purposes.

Faraday shares were last seen up $0.01 to $0.93 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
