05:24 PM EDT, 10/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lundin Gold ( LUGDF ) on Wednesday said third-quarter production from its Fruta del Norte mine in southeast Ecuador was mostly unchanged from the year-prior quarter..

The company said it produced 122,086 ounces of gold in the quarter, a slight decline from the 122,154 a year earlier.

Gold sales fell to 124,911 ounces from 125,887 ounces.

"Our strong performance this quarter propels our year-to-date gold production to 378,832 ounces, which has us well on track to meet our 2025 production guidance of 490,000 to 525,000 ounces," chief executive Ron Hochstein said.

Shares of Lundin Gold ( LUGDF ) closed up $4.83 to $97.17 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
