12:17 PM EDT, 07/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- LXP Industrial Trust ( LXP ) said Tuesday it has partnered with energy solutions provider Wunder to install a 207 kW solar system at its industrial facility in Rockford, Illinois.

The system is expected to save on energy bills and generate 261,990 kWh in its initial year of use, reducing CO2 emissions by over 403,500 pounds, the company said.

Financial details were not disclosed.
